telephone network, VHF Radio, data transmission, train control.

The supervision contract is in the process of negotiation and is
due in august 1999.

included training courses to manage power distribution networks,
in Ivory Coast.
Most of the projects were funded by the Canadian International Development
Agency (CIDA), and therefore, required effective interfacing between
CIDA, other international funding agencies and the local
organisations.
